I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about February, and I suppose I have a fair bit of mileage to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who wanted somewhere with half-decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.

The lobby is pretty huge — about 3,000+ titles by my count, and the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in for the football, nothing special.

The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, and you need the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough first, it’s fairly standard to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took about three minutes.

Payments have been the better half for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took about two days to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.

Other gripes: there’s no app, so it’s browser only. Works fine on my phone but an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
