I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly March, and I reckon I have a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Found it off a mate who was chasing something with half-decent lobby depth that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.

Game selection’s honestly massive — about 4,000+ games by my count, and the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in on footy, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.

On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough first, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, they’re listed over on tenobet casino if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took under five minutes.

Money side’s been the stronger part in my experience. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; Visa took closer to three days. My main gripe was the verification — it took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.

Couple of niggles: there’s no app, which means the mobile site. Works fine on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. Logging in is occasionally sluggish in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
