Been punting on Tenobet for the spring, and I suppose I have enough history to give an honest take. Came across it off someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with half-decent lobby depth without all the affordability checks you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.

Game selection’s honestly massive — about 3,500+ slots by my count, and the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, both load quick on mobile browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.

On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering first, the requirement is fairly standard to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. For the what’s running currently, they’re listed over on https://solvecovid19.net if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took maybe two minutes.

Payments have been the better half for me. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — took about two days to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just slow.

Few more things: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. The login is occasionally sluggish around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
