OK — been on this thing for about five months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, mostly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, for context.

What got me on it was actually embarrassing — I could never work out what an ew payout actually was when the place terms changed. Basically I’d wing it and get a shock. Now I type the odds in before every slip, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — type in stake and odds and you get returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. It also handles the fiddly ones — acca and treble maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, which is where I’d always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s over at outplayed calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that actually made a difference was the more serious tools. They’ve got an probability converter that shows the overround, and there’s the kelly criterion calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Not all sunshine though. The layout feels a bit basic — zero polish, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it works though the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. And nothing on the app store, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but worth saying.

Anyway. Costs nowt, barely any ads, works. If anyone still does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.
