i really liked this application for clarity of both calls and was delighted that i could hear both myself and caller, however it is only recording every other call. Also if i hang up and accept call waiting it fails to record. i really required it to record an necessary conversation and it failed. twice. Is there anyway of getting this to be 100% reliable. at the moment it is only recording 50% of all calls and i need 100% recorded. Please support. The Application is great.
